Agreement

By using gutterline.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. GutterLine is operated by Tom Pryor, Mebane, NC.

What GutterLine is

GutterLine is a directory of gutter contractors. Homeowners can search for local contractors, view profiles, and contact contractors directly. Contractors can claim and manage their listings and subscribe to paid tiers for additional visibility. GutterLine is a directory service only and is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors.

Contractor listings

Some listings in the GutterLine directory are auto-generated from publicly available sources including Google Places and contractor websites. GutterLine does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of auto-generated listings.

If you are a contractor and your information is incorrect, outdated, or you want your listing removed, contact us at support@gutterline.app and we will address it promptly.

Claiming a listing

Contractors may claim their listing by submitting the claim form. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized representative of that business and that the information you provide is accurate.

GutterLine reserves the right to remove, revert, or suspend claims that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions

Featured ($8/month) and Pro ($15/month) subscription tiers are available to contractors who have claimed their listing. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your listing reverts to the free Verified tier. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

GutterLine reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use of a paid tier after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Prohibited uses

You may not use GutterLine to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form or claim
• Claim a listing you do not own or have authority over
• Scrape or harvest directory data in bulk
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
• Use the platform to spam or harass contractors or homeowners

No endorsement

GutterLine does not endorse, verify the quality of, or guarantee the work of any contractor listed in the directory. Homeowners are responsible for evaluating contractors before hiring. Ratings displayed are sourced from Google and reflect that platform's data, not a GutterLine verification.

Limitation of liability

GutterLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GutterLine and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from interactions between homeowners and contractors.

Intellectual property

The GutterLine name, logo, and site design are owned by GutterLine. Some contractor profile content is sourced from publicly available information including Google Places and contractor websites. Contractor-owned content (bios, photos, attributes) remains the property of the contractor. By claiming a listing or submitting content to GutterLine, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Contractors may update or remove their content at any time from their dashboard or by contacting us at support@gutterline.app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alamance County, North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
