He has developed a keen eye for hard work and talent and believes strongly in creating a company culture where teams and employees can thrive. As a former Assistant Basketball Coach and Administrator at the college level, Tim developed strategies and solutions for fostering teamwork and sportsmanship —skills that have translated to his business leadership. He is determined for The Brothers that just do Gutters of Fredericksburg-Woodbridge, to be a company that is known throughout the community for its positive company culture and a place for employees to grow and build their careers. Tim is happily married to his wife Liesl, and together they are raising their nine-year-old son Bryson in the Fredericksburg-Woodbridge community.
