Reliable Gutter Contractor Services Tim Narrow, co-owner & operator: A native of upstate New York, Tim brings over a decade of management and leadership experience to The Brothers that just do Gutters of Fredericksburg-Woodbridge. He has worked across industries in Operations leadership, managing everything from agency and customer contact centers, resolution teams, technology support, and policy endorsements. He has developed a keen eye for hard work and talent and believes strongly in creating a company culture where teams and employees can thrive. As a former Assistant Basketball Coach and Administrator at the college level, Tim developed strategies and solutions for fostering teamwork and sportsmanship —skills that have translated to his business leadership. He is determined for The Brothers that just do Gutters of Fredericksburg-Woodbridge, to be a company that is known throughout the community for its positive company culture and a place for employees to grow and build their careers. Tim is happily married to his wife Liesl, and together they are raising their nine-year-old son Bryson in the Fredericksburg-Woodbridge community. Brad Kirkey, co-owner & operator: With over a decade of construction industry leadership experience, Brad brings a knowledge of best practices and industry standards to The Brothers that just do Gutters of Fredericksburg-Woodbridge. His understanding of construction standards and safety allows him to hire the best people in the industry, building a team that leads the way in providing quality work throughout the Fredericksburg-Woodbridge community. Brad graduated from Canton College in Canton, New York, and was a two-year starter for the men’s basketball team.
